The Office of Human Resources, in partnership with the Office of Information Technology and ND Innovates, has launched a new Self Service Center for Notre Dame employees.
With a goal to provide colleagues with real-time, relevant information, the Self Service Center provides a central resource to view personal information such as title, pay information, and time off balances. It also quickly provides answers to many HR questions.
Self Service Center features include:
- a searchable version of the University’s organization chart;
- a 24/7 Virtual Agent to assist you with questions or issues quickly and easily; and
- an interactive case management system to track progress for solutions to issues.
“Our teams have invested significant time and resources to understand the current gaps in HR services and information availability. Conversations with many of you about your experiences identified opportunities for improvements and solutions. We are proud to share that the new Self Service Center is a result of these efforts,” Vice President for Human Resources Heather Christophersen says.
