The Office of Human Resources has launched a new Self Service Center for Notre Dame employees.

The Self Service Center includes:
- a searchable version of the University’s organization chart;
- a 24/7 Virtual Agent to assist you with questions or issues quickly and easily; and
- an interactive case management system to track progress for solutions to issues.
Executive Director of People Strategic Operations Kathryn Valenti and People Services Associate Kelly Stultz explain how the new platform works and why it means immediate answers right at your fingertips.
With a goal to provide colleagues with real-time, relevant information, the Self Service Center provides a central resource to view personal information such as title, pay information, and time off balances.
