Beginning July 1, Vivvi will replace Bright Horizons as the University’s backup care provider for full-time faculty, staff and graduate students.

Vivvi will provide fast and easy access to needed care, including the following:

  • In-home backup care for infants to adults
  • Center-based backup care for infants to school-aged children
  • Virtual tutoring for ages 5-18
  • Reimbursement options to make your own arrangements

Additionally, full-time staff and faculty will have access to Cariloop, a new networking service that connects members to dedicated, licensed and certified care coaches to assist with long-term solutions. These coaches can provide resources and services depending on individual need. They will provide concierge support for:

  • Adult and elder care
  • Pediatric and child care
  • Digital platform to connect with coaches

More information on the services provided by Vivvi and Cariloop will be shared prior to July 1 and can be found by visiting familyservices.nd.edu.
