Updates to the University’s time-off programs

The University continues to provide an exceptional Total Rewards package when benchmarked against peers, the local market and other industries. NDHR is committed to regularly evaluating its programs to ensure the University continues to meet the evolving needs of employees.

After collecting feedback from on-campus focus groups and a comprehensive benchmarking study, bereavement leave, parental leave and Short Term Income Replacement (STIR) will be updated effective Jan. 1, 2024.
