Any current faculty or staff member who has not updated their COVID-19 vaccination status should do so immediately. Faculty and staff who have not yet provided proof of vaccination, are required to report for weekly surveillance testing.

All new University of Notre Dame faculty and staff members are required to provide their vaccination status within two days of their employment start date.

As part of the University’s COVID-19 vaccination requirement, all members of the faculty and staff are required to receive a COVID-19 booster. The deadline to receive your COVID-19 booster is Friday, Jan. 21, 2022 (or if you are not yet eligible by Jan. 21, as soon as you are six months past your original vaccination with Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna vaccines, or two months past a Johnson & Johnson vaccine).
