SBYSO Gala Concert
South Bend Youth Symphony Orchestras’ gala concert will feature music from Howard Shore’s score to “Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring” with the Penn High School choir and ND Children’s Choir. Safety, Parking and Traffic
New Path to Enhance Safety for Pedestrians Traveling Between Notre Dame and Saint Mary’s Campuses
The University is beginning construction on a new pedestrian path to further enhance safety for Notre Dame and Saint Mary’s students, faculty and staff, as well as the Holy Cross religious, who walk or bike to and from both campuses.
The 10-foot-wide path will run alongside Saint Mary’s Road from State Road 933 to Holy Cross Drive and is expected to be open to pedestrian traffic later this spring. Once construction is complete, work will begin to resurface Saint Mary’s Road. Both the road and pedestrian path will be lit by new LED lighting fixtures and poles.

Hammes Notre Dame Bookstore is retiring some of its gift cards. Old gift cards purchased before March 4, 2022, can be converted to new bookstore gift cards by Friday, March 17. Old versions of the gift card will no longer be valid at Hammes Notre Dame Bookstore beginning Saturday, March 18.
