Arts and Performances

BFA/BA Honors Thesis Exhibition
This annual exhibition consists of the culminating thesis projects created by the students graduating with a BFA or BA Honors degree from the University’s Department of Art, Art History & Design. This thesis exhibition has been moved online.
The show goes live Monday, April 27.


Deadlines or Registrations

DPAC Student Advisory Committee Application
Join the student advisory committee that serves as a bridge between the DeBartolo Performing Arts Center and the Notre Dame student body. Students on the advisory committee collaborate with staff to promote DPAC on campus. The committee also plans and hosts events at the center for students such as yoga, trivia, movie watches and video games. Application is open continuously through Thursday, April 30.

Anthrocentric, the University’s Online Anthropology Journal, is Accepting Submissions
Accepting submissions for its 2019-2020 edition by Thursday, April 30. This student-run, peer-reviewed journal publishes exceptional pieces from all disciplines at Notre Dame, whether those be papers, videos, art or other forms of student work. Submitting to this interdisciplinary journal is a great way for students to get published and receive the recognition they deserve for their hard work. 

Take a For-credit Online Course from Notre Dame this Summer
ND Summer Session offers a suite of fully online-for-credit graduate courses taught by Notre Dame faculty. Alumni & Friends Insight Series: Food Production in the Restaurant Industry
Alumnus Trent La ’15 has a degree in entrepreneurial studies and sociology and is the director of quality assurance at Mama La’s Kitchen, LLC. He transformed food production for a set of restaurants to a centralized process. La will talk about his time at ND and his career path.

Alumnus Will Fritz ’19 has a degree in computer science and supplemental major in applied computational mathematics and statistics (ACMS). He currently resides in Boston as an associate in an engineering development group at MathWorks. Electrical engineer and alumnus John Mullaney ’13 will discuss his career with Lutron Electronics and his international job assignments (St. Kitts and Chihuahua, Mexico). He will talk about being able to adjust how you communicate depending on the person or team you’re working with as well as the importance of being an engineering translator.

Campus Ministry’s new podcast, “Points of Connection” is an intentional attempt to discuss things that don’t seem to go together within the context of faith. New episodes are available each Friday! This week we grapple with the tension between being grounded amidst this time of incredible uncertainty.

Bible Study Small Group Opportunity

Your Notre Dame NetID will be deactivated 60 days after you graduate. Be sure to transfer the files and other resources you want to keep from your Notre Dame account to a personal account. This includes your data in Google Drive, Gmail, Adobe and others, and must be completed before your account is disabled.
