Notre Dame Summer Band Concert
The Notre Dame Summer Band will perform its free concert featuring marches, overtures, movie music and patriotic classics. Bring a lawn chair! The rain location is the Leighton Concert Hall in the DeBartolo Performing Arts Center.

Hesburgh Library 14th Floor Renovation Update
Phase 1 of the Hesburgh Library’s Mahaffey Family Presidential Suite (14th floor) renovation is now complete. Currently, the Library Circle and east entrance are open until the next construction phase begins. Visit library.nd.edu for the latest updates.
One-Day Closure of the Parking Office and Card Office
Parking Services and the Card Office will be closed Thursday, June 27, for all-hands training. Both offices will resume normal business hours Friday, June 28.

Summer Film School
Summer Film School is a great way to learn how to recognize and analyze the unique conventions movies use to have flat, giant images on a wall that make us laugh, weep and cheer. This year’s series, broken into four classes, focuses on the world of tomorrow. The classes will ask and answer how films, throughout various points in history, have imagined and created the future. $12 course fee includes a 30-minute lecture, screening and post-film discussion.

Sign Up to Become a Host Family!
Notre Dame Global is looking for host families who are interested in a variety of international program support. Opportunities include a host family dinner throughout the summer and semester, hosting an international student for a short-term program (two to three weeks) or hosting a visiting international exchange student in your home for a semester. Hosting is a great opportunity for you and your family! Register by Friday, July 5.

Due to recent changes to the Eduroam wireless service, you are encouraged to re-run the Eduroam setup utility at eduroam.nd.edu. Update the utility on all your wireless-capable devices you use on campus. Eduroam is a secure network and will provide access to the Notre Dame IT services you use every day.

Canvas Tip: What Are Students Seeing in the Canvas Gradebook?
As an instructor, you can access the Grades page for a student in your course. This page shows you how a specific student views his or her grades in the course to confirm that the right things are displaying (such as individual grade items) or hidden (like the total grade tally).

Consumer Confidence Report Availability
The University owns and operates its own public water supply system that serves all campus and C.S.C. buildings. The Utilities Department manages the operation of this system, and as part of its regulatory obligations it produces an annual Consumer Confidence Report to provide water quality information to the consumers. The University’s 2023 report can be found on the Utilities Department website.
