Art + Insight
Engage with art, connect with others, and explore new perspectives in Art + Insight, a program designed for adults 55 and older. Through guided close-looking exercises, lively conversations, and shared experiences, participants will discover fresh ways to engage with art while building community.

Artful Yoga 
Engage with the Raclin Murphy Museum as a space for well-being and inspiration. Join yoga instructor Steve Krojniewski outside on the Hiler Family Terrace (if the weather is agreeable) or in the galleries to relax and recharge while surrounded by works from the collection. Mats are provided or you can bring your own.

A Pilgrimage to Life’s Beginnings: A Science Comics Exhibition by Dr. Saurja DasGupta and Argha Manna 
Ever wondered where we came from? You are invited to a sci-art exhibition that journeys into the mysteries of how life began four billion years ago. Take a sneak peek into a collaboration between Saurja DasGupta, assistant professor of chemistry and biochemistry at Notre Dame, and Argha Manna, artist-in-residence and Notre Dame Global guest artist.

Artful Storytime
Designed to help children develop their visual and verbal literacy skills, Artful Storytime is a partnership with the St. Joseph County Public Library. Each Artful Storytime includes stories, songs, artwork explorations, art-making, and more.

Welcome to a new series from the Raclin Murphy Museum of Art where we share interviews with select Indigenous artists talking about their works in the galleries. This week we are featuring Virgil Ortiz.

Fischoff Chamber Music Academy Performance 
Experience dynamic instrumental performances from talented local junior high and high school musicians who are part of the prestigious Fischoff Academy. These performances are designed to be casual and to enhance your experience throughout all the museum galleries. Groups will perform in the atrium, with very limited seating available.

Science Comics Workshop
Join ND Global guest artist Argha Manna for a unique two-day workshop exploring how comics can serve as a powerful tool for communicating science. The Notre Dame Children’s Choir will sing at three upcoming services.

Safety, Parking, and Traffic

Moose Krause Circle Closure North of the Joyce Center
To accommodate the construction of the new geothermal plant on the east side of campus, a portion of Moose Krause Circle will be closed starting Monday, June 2, through Sunday, July 13. Access to facilities west of the Joyce Center on Moose Krause Circle will be via St. Joseph Drive from the north. The geothermal plant, when completed, will distribute heating to buildings in the southeast region of campus and cooling throughout all of campus. Review the map.


Tech Tips, Tools, and IT Maintenance

Important Update: Transition to SafetyStratus for Safety Data Sheets
On May 31, Risk Management transitioned from MSDS Online to a new platform called SafetyStratus to view Safety Data Sheets (SDS). To access the Safety Data Sheets in SafetyStratus, go to the SafetyStratus SDS site or click on the tile on the Risk Management website. If you have the MSDS Online page bookmarked, you should be redirected to the SafetyStratus site.

IT Maintenance on June 7
On Saturday, June 7, from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., the Office of Information Technology will perform various maintenance activities and upgrades. Many IT services may be unavailable for some or all of the maintenance period.
