Employees from the Huddle food court were presented with the Presidential Team Irish Award during the Notre Dame versus UNLV football game on Saturday, Oct. 22.
The Huddle team has worked to elevate safety standards for all food service units inside the University’s LaFortune Student Center. Their collaboration with Risk Management and Safety has created a culture of safety at the Huddle, which has resulted in three years free of recordable incidents. These collective efforts have improved standard operating procedures, helped raise awareness about safety protocols and paved the way for enhanced safety in all of the Huddle units.
The Huddle is the fourth group to receive the award this year for exemplifying the University’s core values.
