Residence hall rectors recognized with Presidential Team Irish Award

Mc 9

The University’s residence hall rectors support, live with and share life with the undergraduate students of Notre Dame. They serve as the primary pastoral leaders, chief administrators and community builders for more than 30 undergraduate halls. This group was honored Nov. 19 on the field during the Notre Dame versus Boston College Game with the Presidential Team Irish Award for exemplifying the University’s core values.

The hall rectors provide around-the-clock availability to students with a unique focus on the integration of their intellectual, social, emotional and spiritual formation.

The current rector cohort includes priests of the Congregation of Holy Cross, women from other religious orders and single lay women and men.
