The new year is a great time to sample RecSports classes for free before registering for a class.

F.A.S.T. (Faculty And Staff Training) Classes are free January 13 – 17. The paid schedule begins Monday, January 20. Class registration opens on Tuesday, Jan. 14 at 7:30 a.m. Click for a full list of F.A.S.T. Classes.

Group Fitness Classes:
- Cardio and Strength Classes are free January 13 – 22. The paid schedule begins Thursday, Jan. 23, with class registration opening at 7:30 a.m. that day. Click for a full list of Cardio and Strength Classes.
