After the last water bottle was tossed into recycling and the last chair was folded and taken from the playing field at Notre Dame Stadium this past commencement, the last bit of work at the Office of the Registrar was just ramping up. There, waiting for the staff, was the business of sending out diplomas. Notre Dame photographer Matt Cashore recently spent some time behind the scenes with registrar staff, who worked diligently to ensure that all diplomas would find their way to the right owners. This final step was, indeed, the icing on the cake.
