Jim Spencer from Mendoza IT's Ed Tech team is now dually credentialed as a certified technology specialist with the design and installation specializations (CTS-D) and (CTS-I) through AVIXA, the trade association representing the professional audiovisual and technology industries. Spencer is the first at Notre Dame to hold credentials of either specialized designation. Only 13 people in Indiana and about 560 worldwide hold both certifications.
