New caregiving services replace Bright Horizons on July 1

As of July 1, Vivvi has replaced Bright Horizons as the University’s backup care provider for full-time faculty, staff and graduate students, offering fast and easy access to care. Vivvi’s services include:

  • In-home backup care for dependents ranging from infants to adults

  • Center-based backup care for infants and school-aged children

  • Virtual tutoring for ages 5-18

  • Reimbursement options to make your own arrangements

In addition, full-time faculty and staff will also have access to Cariloop, a networking service that connects members to dedicated, licensed and certified care coaches to assist with long-term solutions, providing a digital platform to connect with coaches and concierge services for:

  • Adult and elder care

  • Pediatric and child care

NDHR knows finding care for your loved ones can be difficult. We hope this change leads to an even greater experience while navigating those situations. To learn more about these caregiving services, attend a virtual information session:
