Microsoft will discontinue support the Windows 7 operating system this month. All University-owned computers on Windows 7 must be upgraded to Windows 10 (v1809) by Thursday, Jan. 23 to remain in compliance with Notre Dame security standards.
The upgrade takes up to 4 hours to install. It is recommended to start the upgrade before leaving work so your work schedule is not interrupted.
