The Eco-Friendly Cities step challenge is the first step challenge through Well-Being for Life, which gives faculty and staff the opportunity to form teams, count steps, earn rewards and learn about eco-friendly cities along the way.
The Well-Being for Life platform helps you achieve your health goals — while earning rewards toward Pulse Cash — with a fun and engaging experience that delivers powerful resources right to your fingertips. You can easily participate through the Virgin Pulse mobile app from the App Store or Google Play or join here.
Countries all over the world are coming up with some seriously cool sustainable practices. On this adventure, you’ll see them up close. Shark sanctuaries in Micronesia, vertical gardens in an alpine city in France, and even an entire city heated by underground springs. Fill up your reusable water bottles and bring sustenance — walking is definitely an eco-friendly way to see the world.
