The campus community is invited to view the 2019 MFA Candidates Thesis Exhibition, on view in the Snite Museum of Art's West O’Shaughnessy Galleries from Saturday, April 6, through Sunday, May 19.

This annual exhibition is comprised of the culminating thesis projects created by students graduating with an MFA degree from the Department of Art, Art History & Design.

It is typically provocative and demonstrates a broad awareness of the themes and processes of contemporary art. Museum visitors are often challenged and always intrigued by the aspiring graduates’ creations, which range from industrial and graphic design projects, videos and complex multimedia installations, to more traditional art forms such as paintings, photographs, prints, ceramics and sculpture.

The work of those graduating with a BFA will be on view in the A|AH|D Department Gallery on the second floor of Riley Hall.
