The Bright Horizons Back-Up Care program provides eligible Notre Dame employees short-term, last-minute child, adult and elder care services for low, University-subsidized co-payments. Qualifying faculty and staff may use backup care up to 15 days per year. According to the Office of Human Resources, Bright Horizons recently added more adult and elderly caregivers to the South Bend area.
